Minimum booking is usually one week, but because Baan Paradise is owner managed, we can approve shorter stays and discounts for longer stays and lower occupancies.

Low Season : US$900 per day (May thru November)
High Season : US$1,400 per day (December thru April)
Peak Season : US$2,200 per day (December 15th - January 15th)
