Booking Terms & Conditions
- 50% deposit to reserve the Villa.
- Balance due 2 months prior to the arrival date.
- Failure to pay balance voids reservation and forfeits paid deposit.
- On short notice (less than 2 month) 100% of the rental amount is payable to secure the rental. Payment must be made in full before arriving at the villa.
- No refunds shall be made on payments received. In the event of cancellation after payment has been made, VILLA GETAWAYS LTD. will deduct an applicable cancellation fee, and, if the villa owner is in agreement, VILLA GETAWAYS LTD. will credit the remainder against a future booking at Villa Baan Paradise. A statement of account will be issued in confirmation.
- Cancellations after arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. If after arrival, clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of Villa Getaways Ltd.
